At M3 Beauty, we bring nearly two decades of experience to every event. Our artists specialize in natural glam that photographs beautifully and still feels like you. We handle the details, the timeline, and the backup plans so you can simply enjoy the moment.

We come to your venue, hotel, or home with everything needed to get you and your party ready. One artist can handle 5-6 services; for larger groups, we send additional team members to keep your timeline on track.

Bridal makeup includes lashes and the choice of airbrush or traditional makeup. Lashes and airbrush makeup upgrades are available for bridal party & family.
Service Minimums
A four-person minimum for both hair and makeup is required for all weddings. We also offer Bride-Only Hair & Makeup (Monday–Thursday, Orlando & surrounding areas only) at a rate of $500 (long hair surcharges apply).

What is a beauty preview?
A Beauty Preview is a dedicated styling session at our Maitland studio designed to finalize your wedding look before the big day. Think of it as a sneak peek into how you’ll walk down the aisle—polished, confident, and authentically you.
While the industry often calls this a “trial,” we prefer the term Beauty Preview. A trial can imply trial-and-error, and that’s not what this experience is about. Our approach is collaborative, refined, and intentional. During your preview, your artist works alongside you to explore options, make thoughtful tweaks, and ensure your hair and makeup reflect your personal style and wedding vision.
Your preview artist will also be the same artist on your wedding day, so everything you love can be recreated seamlessly — and often even better.
We recommend scheduling your Beauty Preview 2–3 months before the wedding.

Booking Policies
Is there a minimum booking requirement?
A four-person minimum for both hair & makeup is required for all weddings. Smaller parties can usually be accommodated on weekdays.
What is the deposit and payment schedule?
A non-refundable retainer is required to hold your date. The retainer is $250 and goes towards the balance. It is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment schedule:
- The $250 retainer is due at the time of signing.
- 25% of the contract total is due 60 days after the booking.
- The final balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding date in the form of one payment.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. We’re based in Maitland and serve all of Central Florida. We also travel statewide and internationally for destination weddings. Travel fees vary by distance; see our pricing guide for details. Parking and tolls are the client’s responsibility.
What is the cancellation policy?
A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer of $250 is due at the time of signing. This retainer and a valid credit card on file are required to reserve the date and secure hair and/or makeup services. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the original contract signer. All retainers and any payments made toward the balance are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation, the following terms apply:
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date: Client is responsible for 100% of the remaining balance.
- Cancellations made 31–60 days prior to the event date: Client is responsible for 75% of the remaining balance.
- Cancellations made 61–90 days prior to the event date: Client is responsible for 50% of the remaining balance.

As small business owners, and with inflation on the rise, we prefer the above payment methods to avoid additional processing fees. These are incurred if you pay directly through the HoneyBook system. Therefore, if paying with a credit or debit card, a 3.5% transaction fee will be added to the invoice. Of course, we welcome whatever payment method is easiest for you. Tips can be provided directly to stylists and artists on site with Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included however it is greatly appreciated by your M3 team member(s). If you’re happy with your service, 18-22% is customary.
